Bridal Bookings
Bookings may be taken in advance however prices are subject to increase in line with inflation. I will not pass on inflation charges for pre-booked clients where a booking falls within 12 months of the increase. Early booking is recommended during the peak wedding season to avoid disappointment. A completed enquiry form and a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required immediately to secure your booking. The full balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the date of the event. This must be done via BACS payment using your name or invoice number as a reference.
Special Occasion Bookings
A mileage charge will apply for Special Occasions of 50p per mile and will be calculated from my home address NR28 0DD using Google Maps. A breakdown of this charge will be shown on your invoice.
Medical Conditions/Allergies
It is your responsibility to inform me of any conditions or allergies prior to the event which may affect the styling of your hair. This includes any muscular or skeletal issues where your condition could worsen from sitting for long periods. This also applies to all guests. All styling products I use is professionally branded therefore I cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions.
Cancellation
In the unlikely event Cherrie Imogen Bridal Artistry has to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative booking date will be offered, if this is not possible I reserve the right to provide your service through or provide contact details of another makeup artist. Should you need to cancel or change your appointment; a refund will be given (excluding the deposit) providing a minimum of 3 monthly notice is given. In the event of a current booking being amended or cancelled upon arrival, unless in the event of a medical condition or emergency no refund will be given. Upon returning your deposit and enquiry form, you are also agreeing to the terms and conditions forming a legally bound contract with Cherrie Imogen Bridal Artistry.
Payment and Travel Costs
Payments must be made payable by electronic BACS transfer, full payment details will be given at the time of invoice which must be paid upon the agreed timescale as stated above. You are responsible for keeping me up to date with your contact details should I urgently need to get hold of you prior to your appointment. If I am unable to contact you by telephone, writing or email, your appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be given. Upon paying your deposit, the total cost of your booking is fixed, therefore any offers, price changes or changes to services offered will not be reflected in your booking unless this is due to inflation costs for weddings booked more than 12 months in advance of the price change or service change. Cherrie Imogen Bridal Artistry reserves the right to refuse a booking without explanation and a refund will not be provided for any completed services. Travel costs are calculated from address in North Walsham (NR28) using Google Maps to the postcode you provide upon booking. The first 20 miles of travel is included in the cost of your treatment. A travel cost of 50p per mile will be charged on journeys outside of these terms. Additional cost for travel will be clearly detailed on your invoice which must be paid upon the balance due date as stated.
Client Records
Client details are recorded and retained as reference for existing and future appointments and for Health & Safety purposes. These records are stored securely and in accordance with the Data Protection act 2018 (UK implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) . All records will be treated as confidential and information will not be shared with any third party unless this is to redirect the service provided to you as part of the cancellation agreement. You will be notified of this.
